Introducing Tim Parawahera, Beacon's Software Quality Manager and Support Services Manager
I am truly humbled and excited to take on my new role as the Beacon Software Quality Manager & Support Services Manager. I have been with Beacon Software for over 14 years. Over the journey, I had the opportunity of learning different aspects of the business from Research & Development, Software Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business Analytics to Customer Support.
With my past and current tenures, I have gained over 18 years of experience in Fuel POS software & hardware. A Bachelor’s degree in Software Development and Database systems further enhances my knowledge.
Customers are everything to me. My focus is to design, develop and deliver the best software products for our customers. I understand our software plays a crucial part in your business. I stay devoted to adding value to your business and driving your business forward. We understand the competitive nature of the Fuel Industry. At Beacon we constantly learn, evolve, and innovate to give you the best software products to stay competitive. We invest our time to research and learn new strategies to develop industry leading software solutions.
As the Software Quality Manager my vision is to drive our software further through industry partnerships and innovation. I joined Beacon as a Software Developer many years ago before adventuring into other areas of the business. Looking back now, I can proudly say that Beacon software has grown into a complete end to end business solution for the Fuel Industry. At Beacon we listen and learn. I will work with you to make your next great idea a reality.
As the Support Services Manager my vision is to create a customer centric Support Team to provide you with exceptional support. I understand how stressful and challenging the POS environment can be. We have a great team of new and old. Through ongoing training and mentoring I hope to further improve our team to be cohesive, empathetic and customer focused.
