A letter from Tim Conn, Beacon's new General Manager
Dear Beacon Customers,
It is with great excitement and anticipation that I have stepped up into the position of General Manager at Beacon Business Systems. In the past few months, the Beacon team has been working hard to improve the Beacon software product and all aspects of the business. The Beacon product has always been customer driven and nothing will change on this front. It is through our customers collective feedback that Beacon continues to excel in servicing the needs of the fuel industry.
The last quarter has been a busy period at Beacon with many new customers signing up and another EOFY being successfully completed. During this period, we have invested time and effort into the Beacon team to increase knowledge and the quality of support and services we provide. Our goal is to keep improving our support and professional services to clearly stand out against our competitors. This is not an overnight process but an area that will continue on an upwards trajectory into the future.
There have been some significant changes to the management team at Beacon with many long serving team members given more responsibility and their chance to shine. Over the coming months each of our department heads will be publishing their insights in this monthly newsletter. We are dedicated to improving our customer communication and ensuring we provide real value to our customers businesses. Our success largely relies on our customers success so I look forward to supporting you and your business in the years ahead.
