Introducing our new Support Team Lead

Benjamin Longhurst

We are very excited to announce that Ben Longhurst has been promoted to the role of Support Team Lead!

Ben joined Beacon in August 2019 as a Support Analyst and very quickly became an integral member of our Support Team.  His initiative and passion for sharing his knowledge with the team led to a promotion to a Senior Support Analyst role earlier this year.

We look forward to seeing Ben bring his expertise and natural leadership to the Support Team Lead role!
